Annotation: This article is focused on studying the mechanisms for providing public services effectively through the e-government system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the scope of the research, the main functions of e-government, its coverage of digital services, and its role in facilitating convenience for citizens and business entities are analyzed. The article also examines factors that hinder the improvement of service quality, including deficiencies in technological infrastructure, issues with system integration, low levels of digital literacy, and cybersecurity concerns. The research findings contribute to the development of strategic recommendations that can be applied to enhance the efficiency of the e-government system and create user-friendly services for citizens. The article serves as a valuable resource for the scientific community, specialists in public administration, as well as researchers in the field of digital transformation and electronic services.
