Annotation: This thesis compares Chinese and Uzbek legal terms through semantic, structural, and institutional criteria. Selected examples from civil and procedural law reveal stable equivalents and context-dependent translations. The analysis emphasizes conceptual accuracy over literal correspondence and proposes contextual verification as an essential principle for bilingual legal terminology and translation practice.
