Annotation: Xinjiang and Uzbekistan have seen positive outcomes in agricultural trade, investment, and tech exchanges.Yet challenges remain, including incomplete coordination mechanisms, policy info asymmetry, and homogeneous competition. It is proposed to leverage poverty reduction cooperation centers to enhance coordination, boost policy exchanges, and innovate trade measures.Focus should be placed on in-depth collaboration in seeds, agricultural machinery, water-saving irrigation, and animal husbandry.
