Annotation: This article analyzes the role of scientific research in the modern education system, the need to develop the scientific competence of teachers, and the issues of organizing scientific activity based on innovative and digital technologies. During the study, modern pedagogical approaches, international experiences, and scientific sources were studied. The results showed that scientific research is an important factor in improving the quality of education, ensuring the professional development of teachers, and forming an innovative educational environment.
