Annotation: The article analyzes the main directions of the state youth policy in the new Uzbekistan. The role of increasing the legal culture of society in the upbringing of young people is revealed. Particular attention is paid to the historical and philosophical interpretation of the idea of a perfect person in the works of thinkers. The spiritual and legal foundations of the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation in the conditions of the new Uzbekistan are revealed.
