Annotation: This article analyzes ways to enhance efficiency in the service sector of Uzbekistan through the application of artificial intelligence technologies. The study examines opportunities for automating service processes, improving service quality, optimizing managerial decision-making, and reducing operational costs based on artificial intelligence solutions. In addition, the article explores key challenges associated with the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, including the level of digital infrastructure, staff qualifications, information security, and the quality of data used in service delivery.
