Annotation: This article discusses the economic life of the Khiva Khanate, agrarian relations,and the importance of farming and animal husbandry. The agrarian nature of the khanate's economy, as well as the forms of land ownership, the tax system, and the impact of economic policy on the social life of the population are studied. The article serves to provide a deeper understanding of the socio-economic structure of the society of that time by analyzing the economic life of the Khiva Khanate.
