Annotation: This article analyzes the methodological and didactic capabilities of digital 3D educational environments created using virtual (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies in English language teaching, their impact on learning, and practical applications. The advantages of VR/AR technologies in multisensory learning, developing communicative competence, and creating immersive educational environments are also discussed. The limitations of these technologies, challenges encountered during their implementation, and practical solutions are also explored.
