Annotation: The main object of this article is the foreign policy of Turkey, and its legal framework, modern aspects and priority areas, as well as its main strategies, are determined. Also, the strategy of modern Turkish foreign policy aimed at the Turkic world, mainly the cultural and public diplomacy implemented in relation to the Turkic-speaking countries located in Central Asia and the Caucasus, is considered in the study. During the study, it was revealed that Turkey's public diplomacy has a special place in its relations with the countries of the Turkic world. In addition, the article develops theoretical proposals on the effective impact of foreign policy and diplomacy, as well as the prospects for the use of soft power in the implementation of foreign policy.
