Annotation: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of organizational-economic mechanisms aimed at improving the efficiency of transport-logistics enterprises. The study deeply examines business process reengineering, digital technology implementation, cost optimization, and management system improvement. A performance indicator system for the transport-logistics sector of Uzbekistan has been developed with practical recommendations based on international experience. Research results show that the application of integrated organizational-economic mechanisms allows increasing enterprise efficiency by 25–40%.
