Annotation: The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the transformation of interstate "strategic triangles" in the context of a forming polycentric world order architecture. It critically analyzes the linear approaches of classical international relations theories, demonstrating their limitations in the face of hybrid security threats and deep economic interdependence. Modern analytical models are systematized, including the system-network approach, constructivism, and the concept of "regional multi-vector trilateralization" developed by the Uzbek school of political science. The dynamics of geopolitical triads in Central Asia are conceptualized. Special attention is paid to the role of Uzbekistan as an active subject and regulator of balances within the global (RF–PRC–USA) and functional transport-and-logistic (Uzbekistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan) triangles. Practical recommendations for the foreign policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan are formulated.
