Annotation: This article analyzes the legal mechanisms of public-private partnership in the development of education. It covers the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of public-private partnership, in particular, the content and essence of the Law "On Public-Private Partnership" and its significance in the education system. It also analyzes the role of non-state educational institutions in creating a competitive environment, the favorable conditions created for the private sector, and the procedures for initiating and implementing public-private partnership projects. The article scientifically substantiates the mechanisms for concluding agreements on the basis of tenders and through direct negotiations, the importance of tender criteria in ensuring the principles of transparency and equality. As a result of the study, the conclusion is put forward that public-private partnership is an important factor in improving the quality of education, developing innovative approaches, and training qualified personnel.
