Annotation: This article analyzes psychological barriers that arise among students in the process of learning foreign languages, their causes, and pedagogical and psychological methods aimed at reducing them. The study examines modern approaches, in particular, increasing motivation, reducing language anxiety, developing a communicative environment, and the effectiveness of using innovative technologies. The results of the article serve to improve foreign language teaching methods.
