SULFIDLI RUDALARNI BAKTERIAL OKSIDLASHDA FOSFORLI OZUQA MUHITINING KINETIK VA BIOKIMYOVIY AHAMIYATI: ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLAR TAHLILI

Annotation: This article examines the application of microbiological methods in the enrichment of gold-bearing sulfide minerals. Specifically, a theoretical analysis was conducted on the influence of a phosphorus-containing nutrient medium on the metabolic activity of the bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. The study examined the relationship between phosphorus concentration and cellular energy (ATP synthesis) and the formation of secondary minerals on the ore surface. Based on the results obtained, scientific conclusions have been formulated regarding the optimal nutritional regime for accelerating the biooxidation process.
