Annotation: The article examines the role of judicial practice in the legal regulation of industrial property objects in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyses the place of Plenum of the Supreme Court resolutions within the system of civil-law sources and explores the legal nature and functions of judicial interpretation in resolving disputes related to inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks. Particular attention is paid to Resolution No. 19 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 23 June 2023 "On Certain Issues of Adjudicating Intellectual Property Cases", which ensures uniform interpretation of evaluative categories and fills legislative gaps. It is concluded that, although not a formal source of law within the Romano-Germanic legal family, Uzbek judicial practice performs a quasi-normative regulatory function in the sphere of industrial property, ensuring uniformity and predictability of law enforcement.
