Annotation: This study analyzes the comparative returns of Uzbek and international financial instruments, highlighting the influence of institutional maturity, market depth, and regulatory frameworks. Findings indicate that Uzbek instruments often yield higher nominal returns but are riskier, while international instruments provide more stable, predictable performance. The research emphasizes the role of green finance and alternative funding mechanisms in bridging local and global market practices. (65 words)
