Annotation: This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role of innovative development in increasing the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises. The relationship between innovation activity indicators and the level of investment attractiveness is examined, and trends are illustrated through statistical data, tables and diagrams using international experience and the example of the national economy. As a result of the study, scientifically grounded proposals have been developed to increase innovation potential in industrial enterprises, expand R&D expenditures, and create a favorable environment for investors through the introduction of digital technologies.
