Annotation: The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing construction service enterprises based on innovative technologies. The current state of the sector, digital transformation processes, and international best practices are examined to identify directions for improving organizational efficiency. The study highlights the potential of technologies such as “BIM”, “IoT”, and “Digital Twin” in enhancing service quality, control mechanisms, and management systems. An Innovation Development Model is proposed, reflecting the interrelation between technological, managerial, and human capital layers. Based on the findings, practical recommendations are developed to increase enterprise efficiency, reduce operational costs, and strengthen professional competencies.
