Annotation: This article examines the issues of civil law regulation of producer activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the legal nature of producer activity, the specific features of contractual relations between producers and participants in the creative process, as well as the role of copyright and related rights legislation in ensuring the protection of intellectual property. Particular attention is paid to the legal mechanisms governing music production, which is one of the most demanded sectors of the modern cultural industry.
