Annotation: This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of pedagogical training in the formation of stress tolerance of teachers in the modern education system. The causes of stress factors in teachers, their impact on professional activity, and effective methods of stress management are highlighted. According to the results of the study, it was found that specially organized trainings are an important tool for increasing the emotional stability of teachers, improving their professional efficiency, and strengthening their mental health.
