Annotation: This article examines the issues of stress and emotional burnout among specialists who have recently started their pedagogical careers. High workload, lack of practical experience, difficulties in professional adaptation, and psychological tension are identified as the main stress factors at the initial stage of teaching activity. The impact of stress and emotional burnout on professional performance, motivation, and psychological well-being of novice teachers is analyzed. In addition, practical recommendations for preventing stress and emotional burnout are provided.
