Annotation: This article analyzes the role of women leaders in the management system in Uzbekistan, their impact on economic efficiency, and the reforms implemented in recent years to ensure gender equality. The article assessed the proportion of women in leadership positions, entrepreneurship, and participation in public administration based on statistical tables and economic indicators. Analyses show that women's leadership in Uzbekistan is an important factor in economic stability, human capital development, and improving corporate governance efficiency.
