Annotation: This article analyzes the processes of ensuring openness policy in the activities of state authorities and public administration in Uzbekistan. It highlights institutional and legal reforms aimed at increasing transparency, including Presidential decrees, the operation of the “Open Data Portal,” the Public Reception system, as well as results illustrated through international ratings and indicators. The article emphasizes the role of transparency policy in strengthening public trust in governance, reducing corruption, and accelerating socio-economic development. The analysis concludes that openness of public administration in Uzbekistan is emerging as a key factor in building a democratic society.
