Annotation: The rapid development of every aspect of society leads to a change in educational paradigms, as a result of which the education system, in particular general education goals, is updated in terms of content and quantity. Modern society requires people, specialists, personnel with high professional competencies, comprehensively developed in all areas, with logical thinking, intellectual potential, able to implement reflective, analytical and creative approaches. In order to achieve goals that meet these requirements, traditional forms of education, methods and technologies aimed at “transferring knowledge”, “providing maximum information and information about educational material”, have literally become unsuitable. The article discusses modern methods of teaching teaching staff and specialists for the successful implementation of such tasks as the development of educational, professional, and personal qualities of the student, the formation of their scientific worldview, and the disclosure of their creative potential through the provision of integrative connections between general educational, professional, and special disciplines at all levels of education and the improvement of the properties of complementarity in the educational and upbringing processes. new technologies, improved methods, forms, and means, as well as pedagogical innovations in pedagogical practice, refer to educational programs.
