KROSSFIT - TALABALARNING JISMONIY TAYYORGARLIGINING ZAMONAVIY YO‘NALISHI SIFATIDA

Annotation: This article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for applying CrossFit-a modern high-intensity functional training system-to develop the physical fitness of students in higher education institutions. The history of the methodology, the three main components of the system (metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting), the structure of CrossFit training, and its impact on physical qualities are analyzed in depth. Research has shown that CrossFit training significantly improves strength endurance (p<0.001), speed (p<0.05), coordination (p<0.01), and cardiorespiratory indicators. Practical recommendations are provided for integrating CrossFit into the physical education curriculum for university students.
