Annotation: This article analyzes the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ensuring freedom, democratic values, and building a prosperous society in the country. The significance of the Basic Law in protecting human rights, economic reforms, social protection, and the formation of a state governed by the rule of law is explored from a scholarly perspective.
