KO‘MIR ASOSIDAGI SORBENTLAR OLISHDA SORBENTLARNI BOG‘LOVCHI MATERIALLAR

Author: Boyxonova, Mohigul Yusuf qizi

Annotation: Binder is any material or substance that holds or pulls other materials to form a whole by mechanical, chemical, adhesive, or bonding. Binders ensure the connection of individual elements or filler particles and the integrity of the substance. The introduction of binders into the composition of sorbing materials allows them to give the desired shape and mechanical strength. An important stage in the process of obtaining highly effective sorbents is, on the one hand, the selection of a binder that meets certain mechanical properties due to active interaction with the sorbent, and on the other hand, does not reduce the sorption activity of the final product. The addition of binders to sorbents improves the sorbent's performance, affects the porosity properties, material structure, and thermal stability of the binder.

Keywords: carbon, sorbent, binder, bentonite, liquid glass, kaolin, cement, viscosity, binding ability.
