Annotation: In Uzbekistan, carp is a representative of the local ichthyofauna, which is in great demand in local markets as the main fish species caught. The main feature of carp is its non-selective feeding. When the water temperature drops to 8°C, the intensity of feeding and metabolism of carp slows down significantly.
