Annotation: Intentional bodily harm is one of the most common types of crimes against the person. This type of crime is a significant part of the total number of crimes recorded in our country. This article describes the concept of the crime of intentional bodily injury in cases of aggravated liability, the nature of this crime, the specifics of qualification and issues of liability. Conclusions are given on the theoretical and practical significance of intentional bodily injury in cases of aggravated liability.
