Annotation: This article analyzes the problems that arise in the process of intercultural dialogue in the socio-cultural environment of society and the features of their manifestation. In the context of globalization, the increasing interaction between different cultural layers leads to the emergence of communicative barriers in international, ethnic and social relations, and also sheds light on the ways to overcome these problems based on cultural competence, tolerance, communication techniques and social integration.
