Annotation: The paper presents the results of an analytical study of the technical condition of trucks and identifies operational factors affecting changes in their technical condition during vehicle aging. The study also presents the regular pattern of changes in the technical condition of trucks during their operation. The influence of the quality of maintenance and current repair on the technical readiness coefficient is demonstrated. Based on operational experience, the authors provide actual values of the technical readiness coefficient for new and aging vehicles. The authors pay special attention to the analysis of operational factors such as the category of operating conditions, modifications of the vehicle fleet, climatic conditions, vehicle age, and the level of enterprise equipment with specialized machinery and tools.
