Annotation: This article analyzes the distinctive aspects of ensuring human rights and freedoms within the framework of Islam. It examines how concepts such as human dignity, justice, equality, and freedom are shaped in Islamic teachings and how they are practically implemented. Furthermore, it discusses the harmony between Islamic jurisprudence and ethical norms with human rights, as well as the significance and promising role of these aspects in the modern world. Through the unique approaches of Islam in safeguarding human rights and freedoms, the article reveals the religion’s importance in the principles of social justice and humanitarianism.
