Annotation: This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the scope and domains of international words in the English and Uzbek languages. As a consequence of globalization processes, the advancement of information and communication technologies, and the expansion of international relations, the number of loanwords integrated from English into Uzbek has increased dramatically. The research methodology incorporates a comparative analysis of word-formation processes, corpus linguistics methods, and semantic analysis. The findings indicate that international words are predominantly utilized in the fields of technology, business, education, media, and youth culture. The Uzbek language adapts these words phonetically, morphologically, and semantically, while occasionally prioritizing native equivalents. The practical significance of this study offers valuable insights for translators, linguists, and language policy experts.
