Annotation: The article studies the scientific and theoretical foundations of the relationship between the social sphere (education, healthcare, housing, culture) and the quality of life of the population in Uzbekistan. The level of coverage of social services, their quality indicators and actual assessments of the population are analyzed based on statistical data. Problems were identified through state budget allocations for 2023-2024, reports of international organizations and assessments of industry experts. As a result of the study, proposals were developed for the development of the social sphere, improving the quality of services and improving the quality of life index.
