Annotation: This article is devoted to the study of the role of competent courts in disputing and enforcing arbitral awards. It analyzes the legal nature of arbitral awards, the grounds for their annulment, as well as the mechanisms for their compulsory enforcement. Furthermore, the article examines international legal instruments and national legislation, identifying practical issues arising in their application. As a result of the research, proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of the arbitration system have been developed.
