Annotation: In this article, we are dedicated to the comprehensive analysis of the impact of globalization on international financial markets and the study of the features of modern financial integration processes. The study evaluates the influence of global trends at the micro level based on an empirical analysis conducted on the example of the activities of the LLC United Accounting Group. The main purpose of the dissertation is to systematically study the impact of globalization on international financial markets and determine the differential properties of these processes for both developed and developing countries. The study thoroughly analyzed important issues such as financial liberalization processes, international dynamics of capital flows, the depth of financial integration, and the evolution of systemic risks.
