Annotation: This article provides a framework for the study of gender diplomacy through theories of international relations. The article also analyzes gender diplomacy based on the concepts of feminism and other concepts within international relations, in particular, the concept of women-to-women diplomacy, the political and legal freedoms of women based on liberalism, and constructivism. Based on these theories, scholars try to explain the importance of this field in international politics.
