Annotation: This article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical factors influencing the development of professional creativity in future teachers. Creativity is considered one of the key qualities that determine a teacher’s professional competence within the modern education system. The study scientifically examines the essence and content of creativity, its role in personal development, as well as the psychological and pedagogical factors affecting the formation of the creative potential of future teachers. Furthermore, the importance of innovative educational technologies, independent thinking, reflection, and motivation in fostering professional creativity is substantiated. The research findings can serve as a basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at enhancing creative competencies in the teacher training system.
