Annotation: This article addresses the determination of the critical flow velocity and enhancement of transport efficiency in cohesive soil channels, tailored to the climatic and geographic conditions of the Qashqadaryo region. The widespread presence of loam and silt mixtures in the area, their hydraulic characteristics, consolidation, and interaction with flow are analyzed in detail. Additionally, the methodology for calculating the critical velocity in the irrigation systems of the region has been improved.
