Annotation: The article presents data on a comparative analysis of the morphometric characteristics of the Aral Shemaya (Alburnus chalcoides aralensis) of the Aydar-Arnasay Lake System. It has been established that females of the Aral Shemaya differ from males in the larger sizes of the characters o/l, H/l, aD/l, pD/l, PV/l, VA/l, o/c. Based on the results of a comparative analysis, it was established that two groups of Aral Shemaya of the Aydar-Arnasay Lake System (Eastern Arnasay and Tuzkan) belong to the same population.
