Annotation: This article explores the religious-philosophical and ecological interpretation of the elements of earth and water in Avestan sources. The study analyzes the sacralized status of earth and water in Zoroastrianism and their role in cosmic order and human ethical-spiritual life. In the Avesta, earth and water are depicted as fundamental life-generating and life-sustaining elements, with associated ritual practices aimed at strengthening the harmony between humans and nature. Through reverence for these elements, the article illuminates ancient ecological thought and the concept of religious responsibility.
