Annotation: This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the institutional, legal, and pedagogical foundations for ensuring gender equality in the development of educational processes in the United States and Western European countries. The study is based on reports from international organizations, including UNESCO, as well as other authoritative sources, and examines the integration of gender equality policies into educational systems. The article explores strategies aimed at promoting gender equality in developed countries, their impact on the quality of education, and the mechanisms for creating equal opportunities within the learning process. Furthermore, it discusses the role of gender equality in strengthening social justice, fostering inclusive educational environments, and achieving sustainable development. Based on the findings, effective approaches and practical recommendations are proposed.
