Annotation: This article analyzes the role and significance of U.S. government agencies and non-governmental organizations in supporting economic cooperation with Uzbekistan. In particular, it highlights the active involvement of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA), the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the Export-Import Bank (EximBank), the Department of Agriculture, and other federal institutions in financing major investment projects, preparing feasibility studies, modernizing infrastructure, and implementing joint programs in healthcare and agriculture. The paper examines the dynamics of bilateral trade and economic relations, interbank cooperation, and the role of public diplomacy in strengthening economic ties. It also outlines the involvement of American capital in various sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy and presents recommendations for promising future areas of cooperation. This study provides scholarly conclusions on the evolution of Uzbekistan–U.S. strategic partnership and its economic foundations.
