Annotation: The article analyzes the practical application and techno-economic efficiency of hydraulic calculation methods—developed based on the theory of pressure-dependent non-linear filtration—using the Alan gas field in the Kashkadarya region as a case study. The well's Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) was calculated, and the techno-economically optimal operating mode (Qopt ≈ 336,000 m³/day) was determined. Based on techno-economic calculations, the optimal number of wells (13) required for full field development was established. Net Present Value (NPV) calculations covering a 10-year period were compared between the traditional approach (based on the classical Darcy model) and the proposed approach; the results demonstrated that the proposed method yields an NPV that is $5 million higher and increases overall economic efficiency by 21%. Economic risks were assessed using Monte Carlo simulation, highlighting potential improvements of 32% in drilling risk management and 15% in equipment utilization efficiency. Aspects of environmental safety and the potential for applying this approach to other fields in the Kashkadarya region (such as Zevarda, Kokdumaloq, and Shurtan) are also discussed.
