Annotation: This article analyzes socio-legal relations in the modern family model, in particular, the issues of the balance of responsibilities, duties and rights between husband and wife. The basis of the study is the views on family law in Burkhaniddin Marginani's "Al-Hidoya", a fundamental work in Islamic jurisprudence. The article examines such problems as the crisis of family values, the imbalance of rights and obligations in the context of globalization, and proposes the principles of justice and humanity in classical fiqh sources as a solution to them. The article also highlights the relevance of the norms of marriage, divorce, alimony, and child rearing in the work today and their importance in ensuring the strength of the family.
