Annotation: This article analyzes the essence of gender differences in modern management, their interaction with social and ethnic factors. The study scientifically examines the participation of men and women in the management system, differences in leadership styles, and the impact of cultural traditions and national values on this process. The author provides feedback on the implementation of the principles of gender equality in modern society, increasing the effectiveness of women's leadership, and improving the management culture in conditions of ethnic diversity. The article also analyzes the impact of gender differences on management decision-making, communication processes, and the team work environment based on examples. The results of the study show that a gender approach that takes into account social and ethnic factors increases management efficiency and allows using the full potential of human resources.
