Annotation: The idea of the Third Renaissance, which is being tried to be realized in the New Uzbekistan today, is related to our national and spiritual values that have been going on for a long time in many respects. Therefore, increasing the research on the scientific and philosophical heritage of the scientists of the Eastern Renaissance during this period and announcing their scientific results to broad sections of society will serve to strengthen the spiritual foundation of the Third Renaissance. In this sense, it is extremely important to study the scientific heritage of Yusuf Has Hacib and use it to find solutions to spiritual and moral problems in today's globalized society.
