Annotation: This study is devoted to the analysis of the socio-psychological characteristics of preparing young people for family life. The research examines the role of readiness for family life in the development of personality, social adaptation, emotional stability, communication culture, and a sense of responsibility. Special attention is paid to young people’s attitudes toward marriage, the system of family values, perceptions of gender roles, and psychological factors influencing family relationships. From a socio-psychological perspective, the study analyzes the impact of the family environment, social influences, educational institutions, and mass media on the process of preparing youth for family life. The findings of the study can be applied to the formation of healthy family relationships, the prevention of family conflicts, and the strengthening of family stability.
