Annotation: This article analyzes the psychological aspects of ensuring gender equality in the process of increasing employee motivation in organizations. The factors influencing work motivation are examined from a gender perspective, and the importance of creating equal opportunities for male and female employees is scientifically substantiated. In addition, the scientific novelty of the article lies in substantiating the mechanisms for enhancing organizational cohesion and work activity through the integration of gender equality-based motivation models into corporate culture.
