Annotation: This article comprehensively analyzes the role of values ​​in Chinese philosophy and culture, their historical formation and transformation in modern times. The research aims to study the value system based on the teachings of Confucianism and Taoism, and the renewal of traditional values ​​in the context of globalization is highlighted based on scientific sources. The results show that traditional and modern values ​​coexist in Chinese society.
